Payment & Cancellation
The filled sponsorship reservation form should reach the organizers on or
before 31st December 2025 to ensure that your company's sponsorship status
is listed in printed materials. All reservations forms must be accompanied by
full payment. Payment must be made in INR on or before 31 December 2025.
A written confirmation of booking/receipt will be provided once the full
payment is received. The prices mentioned are exclusive of 18% GST. All
cancellations requests must be communicated in writing. No refund will be
initiated for sponsorship cancellations received after 31 December 2025.
Exhibition Space
The conference organizers will assign the floor space by the type of stall
sponsored/ bought. Stalls will be assigned on a first-come basis. Details of the
stalls set-up and local on will be assigned before the conference. The facia,
tables, chairs and other areas inside the venue must not be damaged by the
sponsor. The sponsor is expected to reimburse the organizers for any such
losses.
Liability
The organizers are not responsible or liable in case the conference is cancelled
due to unavoidable circumstances (force majeure cases) The exhibitors are
responsible for all their materials and equipment at the conference venue. The
exhibitors should carry their insurance to cover any potential loss from the ,
negligence, damage, injury, or liability.
