Abstract Guideline

NCTOH 2026 invites abstracts to be presented in the conference. The scientific committee shall review each abstract and the presenters shall be notified of the outcomes and successful authors shall be invited to present poster / papers depending upon originality and appeal of the scientific work.

Abstract Submission Form

Submission Rules
  • Abstracts must contain original scientific data collected by the author(s). No abstract pertaining to review of literature will be accepted.
  • Language: All abstracts must be written in English. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to edit abstracts where English structure makes comprehension difficult.
  • Submission: All abstracts must be submitted via the Online Abstract Portal through the conference website.
  • Main body of the abstract should be within a word limit of 300 words (excluding title, authors, etc.).
Abstract Format
  • Title: Clear, precise, and informative; avoid abbreviations.
  • Authors: Full names, affiliations, and contact details (email and phone number).
Abstract Structure
  • Background: Brief introduction and rationale.
  • Objectives: Key aims of the study.
  • Methods: Research design, approach, and analysis.
  • Results: Summary of findings.
  • Conclusion: Implications and significance.
  • Keywords: Provide 5 relevant keywords for indexing.

  • Abstracts will be evaluated by the scientific committee through a blind review process and scored based on Originality, Results, and Outcome.
  • The scientific committee reserves the right to make the final decision about abstract acceptance and scheduling based on topic and time constraints.
  • All abstracts must be prepared using the abstract submission guidelines.
  • All presenters must register first before submitting the abstract and must be present at the time of the conference.
  • A certificate of appreciation will be awarded to the presenting author only.
  • Presenters must not use the session as a marketing opportunity for products or equipment.
  • Multiple submissions as presenting author are not allowed.
  • You will be notified of the receipt of your abstract by email.
